We build in small batches and ship with care. Here’s how shipping works at KRUDE DSGN:

Processing Time

• Orders from Krude Collections usually ship within 5–7 business days.

• Krude Kreations (one-off or experimental pieces) may need extra handling — expect 7–10 business days.

• Custom commissions depend on the project; we’ll give you a timeline before you confirm.

Shipping Methods & Costs

• We use reliable carriers with tracking on every order.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Free local pickup may be available from our workshop — ask us if you’re nearby.

Delivery Times

• Local deliveries: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

• We’re not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs, but we’ll help track your package if it’s stuck.

Packaging

• Each piece is packed with protection (sometimes reusing salvaged materials, because that’s Krude).

• Larger items ship flat-packed or partially disassembled with simple assembly instructions.

Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking info to update.
