Refund policy

We make bold, one-of-a-kind objects — and we want you to love living with them. Here’s how refunds and returns work at KRUDE DSGN:

Returns

• You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and shipped back in the original packaging.

• Custom commissions and one-off experimental Kreations are final sale — no returns or exchanges.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Because most of our work is produced in small batches, exchanges are not always possible. If you’d like to swap an item, reach out — we’ll let you know if another piece is available.

Damages

• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll repair, replace, or refund depending on availability.
